| Another memorial along the walk and this time to 4 chaplains.....when a German Torpedo struck the USAT Dorchester in the North Atlantic in 1943 with not enough useable lifeboats to accommodate all of the sailors the chaplains, from 4 different faiths, gave up their lifejackets and stayed on the sinking ship..... |

Hi Guys - feeling very envious about all that sun being shown on your piccies! We enjoyed Madeira, and certainly saw the sun, but it wasn't sun bathing hot, although enough to eat outside and that's always a blessing after the Winter. Bet you are feeling smug about being the "youngest snowbirds"! Enjoy

Hate to say it but it's almost too hot here at the moment but not wanting to change our lifestyle...:)
